Team Formation
Interested students form teams of 1-4 members. No maximum teams per institution. Register via Google Form. ₹300 registration fee per team covers participation, certificates, refreshments, and ID cards.

Equipment
At least one team member must have a laptop. Wi-Fi will be provided. Bring chargers and any specialized hardware for IoT/hardware projects.

Idea & Development
Choose from provided problem statements. All work must be original and done on-site during the 25 hours. Pre-existing code allowed only for open-source libraries (must be declared in submission).

Conduct
Follow code of ethics—no actual hacking, malware creation, or unauthorized access. Violations lead to immediate disqualification. Respect all participants and venue rules.

Resources
Use any programming languages/tools, but no external help beyond provided mentorship. Internet access allowed for research only.

Submissions
Submit code/repo link, PPT, and prototype demo at each phase. For software, live coding/simulations required; for hardware/IoT, bring components and demo.

Evaluation
Based on three phases (see Schedule). Teams evaluated on innovation, technical complexity, real-world impact, functionality, and presentation quality. Shortlisted teams present in finals.

No refunds on fees. Changes subject to organizers. Respect venue rules (e.g., no damage to equipment). Plagiarism results in ban from future events.

Solutions must promote ethical practices; avoid real exploits. Focus on defensive innovations and ethical hacking. Mentorship provided for guidance throughout.

Initial Check - Internal team visits each group to discuss problem statement choice, approach, unique selling point, and provide suggestions.

Mid-Evaluation - Internal judge panels review PPT/prototype, assess plausibility and logic, ask questions, and rate progress.

Final Evaluation - External and internal judges evaluate top teams (or all if time allows) via presentations/prototypes to determine winners.
